Payments must be paid upfront before services begin.
Custom units take 3-5 business days to create.
USPS Priority mail 1-3 days to arrive.
Not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
Please send in correct measurements so unit can fit properly.

When booking using Square appointments for consultations please be aware you will be charged 50% of the service for no shows, cancellations if, you don't reschedule within 24 hours.
Hair sent must be washed/ clean , uncut wefts only. Maintenance fee will apply if hair is tangled or matted before construction begins.
There will be a holding fee of $25/ week if a unit has to be held due to waiting for more hair to be ordered.
After 1 month unit adjustments is an additonal $15. This includes: adding elastic bands, wig combs, or if tracks come apart.
Payment plan option can be discussed via contact form.Must be paid in full to receive unit. (Hair included only).
Payment plan must be paid within 21 days. Deposits are non-refundable, they go towards the service.
Deposits are accepted via Paypal, CashApp $WigsbyBre.Email , message or text before sending deposits.
Once units have been constructed it can not be deconstructed.
When discussing a time to meet for measurements or drop offs please arrive on time. Will not wait more than 20 minutes or time/day will be rescheduled.
Please arrive with hair braided down or in a style that is easy to take measurements , no sew ins , box braids or quick weaves.
Wig units do not inlcude installs. If you do not know how to install a unit properly please contact a stylist.
Frontal units should be installed by a professional stylist.
WigsbyBre is not responsible for other people's work, and can not fix their mistakes.
